Scrummed

This Christmas, my present to me was passing and being Scrum Master Certified. This formal introduction to Agile Methodology is very useful, especially for spotting fakers since this is now a buzz word of sorts.

Scrum will be one of those framework skills that we will also need to have a basics in the near future especially in this fast changing digital business age.

The next step for me is to go deep into the Product Owner role, which to me I feel is most crucial since this is where I can create most value in developing the product proposition.
